...How do you undress?

I came back from Florida and dove right into all the schoolwork that had piled up. Once again I ran around all week to get things done. Lab reports, papers, history readings, engineering homeworks, meetings, and the list goes on. Yesterday I ended up being in the lab doing homework for 6 hours again. Strangely, I have started to like it. It's weird but I actually find it to be quite peaceful just sitting in the lab all day doing some homework or studying something. Probably cause it's winter quarter and there's nothing else to do and it's so cold outside. Or maybe cause Adip wasn't here all week haha! Although, I must say it has been fairly warm outside for the last couple of days. Speaking of warm weather, it was nice to be in Florida last weekend. The temperature was in the 70s and it was sunny almost everyday. The best part was our resort. Since my Dad is a platinum customer for Mariott hotels, we got to stay in a large suite instead of a small room. It had a big living room and a separate bedroom with a huge bathroom which had a jacuzzi in it. And this was right on the beach which was just wonderful! The only bad thing was that there was nobody there in Florida since it's off-season right now. The only people that were there were old people. Lots and lots of them. Everywhere we went we saw old people. It felt like all the old people of this country were kicked out of their homes and sent to Florida. It was kind of sad actually. Everything else was fine. I would've posted pictures but I don't have them with me. Oh and about the New Year's party experience, it was interesting. But I'll leave that for some other time when I go to an Indian party again. Well that's it for now. More blabbering later when I find some time!

Wow what a long week! Have been constantly running around since Sunday trying to do homework or reading something or something or the other. It's only been one week and it almost feels like I've done half a quarter worth of work. I suppose every week is going to feel like that from now on. It's after 5AM in the morning now and I have a flight to catch in a couple of hours. We're going to Florida! My dad's company is having their kickoff meeting so he decided to take us with him for the long weekend. I'm skipping school today just so I can catch this early-ass flight. I was going to write about my experience at the new year's party but I guess I'm going to have to save that for next time as I'm running late. So until then, have a good (long) weekend!

The first week of winter quarter is over and I already have homework due in three classes next friday! And I'm going to have to do them all by Thursday because I'm not gonna be here on Friday. That's right, I'm skipping Friday so I can catch a flight to Florida! My Dad's company is having some kickoff party so he decided to take us with him for the long weekend. I can't wait to get away from this 30 degree temperature. Though I must say I'm gonna have a hard time catching up with my reading. We'll see.

My schedule is really hectic this quarter. Especially on MWF when I have 5 classes! I've already given up on gym so I can have more time for studying and homework. I've taken 21 credits this quarter and I'm not gonna drop a class like last quarter. I've taken History again so I can finally be done with it. I don't have to write any papers for it so I'm definitely not gonna drop it this quarter. If only I can figure out how to stay awake in the lecture...

Due to desi public demand, ISA is having a New Year's party tomorrow at the Union. I guess I'm DJing again even though I don't really want to. I've asked this other kid to DJ instead so that I don't have to deal with all these desis whinying. But I'll probably have to play some music in the beginning. This time I'm gonna play English songs since these new Indians are too cool for nice desi music. Let's see what these punks complain about this time.

Well I'm gonna go to bed. It's gonna be a long day tomorrow. I'll try to update sooner next time.
